There are several medical centers on Koh Samui and many local Nursing Stations. Most shopping areas have a "pharmacy" or "druggist" where you can purchase many medical items and/or pharmaceuticals that you may need.

Medical centers range from the local public hospital near Nathon, to newer International Standard facilities such as Samui International Hospital and Bandon International Hospital where wide ranges of medical services are available.

Most town areas around the island have a local medical practitioner, so medical advice (of varying qualities) is available close at hand.
